The holiday promotion will be available online from April 4 to June 18, 2017. While the offer will be available in-restaurant it will only be available through Sunday, May 14, while supplies last. Bonus cards are not available in Manhattan, airport, or International locations.
The qualifications for receiving a FREE $15 bonus card is based on total value of each individual order and is not tied to individual gift card denominations. Therefore, any single eligible order that equals $50 or more in gift card purchases will qualify the purchaser to receive one free $15 bonus card as described herein.
The holiday promotion is valid on purchases of both standard plastic and e-gift cards. (Bulk orders do not qualify.)
No, there is no maximum limit to the number of bonus cards the purchaser may receive, per qualified purchase. One $15 bonus card will be awarded for every $50 in plastic or e-gift card purchased per order. For orders over these amounts the appropriate amount of bonus cards will be distributed. For example, orders of $100 will receive two $15 bonus cards.
No promo code is needed. We will track gift card sales of $25 to $49.99 and $50 or more per order and distribute the appropriate amount of $15 bonus card(s) via email.

Yes. Although our gift cards may be used like cash for payment on a check regardless of what was purchased; our bonus cards are valid toward food purchases only - not alcohol, tax, or gratuity. The bonus card will be applied to your food purchase only. Only one bonus card may be used per visit. Bonus cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the card as reproduced below:

Our gift cards come in any denomination from $5 to $250.
All Ruby Tuesday gift cards, except those purchased in Hawaii, may be used at any Ruby Tuesday located in the continental United States. Gift cards purchased in Hawaii are not redeemable in the continental United States. If you wish to replace a gift card that was purchased in Hawaii with a Ruby Tuesday gift card that is redeemable in the continental United States, please submit your inquiry to Guest Services at www.rubytuesday.com/feedback.
Our gift cards never expire. However, our bonus cards expire July 25, 2017.

At this time you are not able to order a gift card online and pick it up at one of our restaurants. You may purchase gift cards at any of our Ruby Tuesday locations however.

Yes. After your online gift card order has been placed, an order confirmation page will appear containing your order number. You will also receive your order confirmation via email.
Yes, USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes. Note: Bulk orders are shipped via FedEx, which does not accept P.O. Boxes.
Our gift cards can be purchased at many major retail stores (including Wal-Mart, Target, and Sam’s Club), as well as many grocery and drug stores. Please contact your local retailer to confirm if they carry our card.
No. Gift card purchases through third party vendors such as Wal-Mart and Target, will not be eligible to receive the bonus card(s).
